more kicks

Baby has been kicking ummi a lot lately.especialy during night time. too bad that those kicks can only be felt by ummi at the moment, bila abi letak tangan atas perut baby duduk diam aje… xpelah, nanti bila baby dah besar banyak abi boleh rasa baby kick.

Physically, now people can now tell that i’m pregnant. not just “huge or fat”. And i already started to wear the maternity clothes sebabnya i can not fit into any of my old clothes!

Apart from that, did i tell u that i already have the varicose veins and more invincible linea nigra? So far, there is no sign of stretch mark (yet) over my belly. Harap2nya sampai bersalin xde stretch mark lah.. =p. Even so, i still apply cocoa butter stretch mark lotion from palmer’s and bodyshop every night. Prevention is better than cure right??

Tapi ada juga yang x best sebab both my legs dah start bengkak sampai tak nampak buku lali, especially during the evening lagi obvious. Sedih ok tengok my legs bengkak semacam je, rasa nak nangis. It doesnt hurt me physically tapi bila bengkak tu rasa mcm kebas2 sikit. I practised raising my legs while sitting and also during sleeping, tapi mcm xde kesan apa pun. I know its  because of the water retention tapi still rasa sedih jugak.

Hey, baby’s been kicking me just now. Erm, maybe baby lapar kot sebab normally i’ll drink milo during this hour. Okay, better go now and prepare milo or else the lil one’s will be kicking me furiously which i dont mind at all… =p

ummi’s shopping spree

Dah ramai dah org menegur bile ummi pakai baju kurung dah nampak sempit..(sebenarnye malu nk guna perkataan “sendat”). Bak kata my officemate, macam sarung nangka masak. =]

So finally, semalam ummi decided to go for a shopping outing at One Utama. Since abi went for outstation, ummi ajak my fren yang konon2nye jadi ummi’s image consultant. Dia selalu komen ummi ni nampak pucat lah, baju mcm sarung nangka lah , baju ummi byk monotone lah..etc…etc..

Memula turun2 aje escalator tu ummi nampak modernmum shop. Ada sale and byk juga blouse yang ummi try. Lastly, i opted for a white blouse and a long-sleeves pink shirt. There is 1 green turquoise beaded jubah which is really stunning and caught my eyes instantly. Cantik sangat tapi the price is mahal plus no discount. Tak pelah, nanti ummi pujuk abi belikan ummi jubah tu for my baju raya..he hehe.

Then kami jalan2 and lunched with my sister. Dah lama x jumpa my sister ni sebab dia selalu balik on weekdays. Weekend pulak she works as partimer in Secret Recipe. Terkejut dia tengok ummi dah mengembang dgn banyak sekali..heheh. Told ya i’m huge!!

Ummi pun window shopping for baby’s list i.e: stroller, carseat, bodyknits etc. It was the last day of mothercare’s sale tapi ummi x beli apa2 pun. i wanted to wait for abi. Rasa tak seronok pulak nak beli without his presence. Abi pun cakap ada banyak masa lagi, so tak perlu nak rush. =)

At the end of the day, ummi bought 1 skirt from blook, 2 blouses(yellow and purple)  and a white pants from jusco, a white blouse and a pink long sleeves shirt from modernmum. Dah lama sgt ummi x shopping mcm ni. Abi mesti terkejut bile nanti tengok ummi dah ada wardrobe baru.hehe.

Btw, abi will be back home today. Seronoknya….can’t wait to see him. 

The kick & Wish list

1st of all, we successfully managed to fast yesterday. alhamdulillah. Semalam hujan lebat and mendung sepanjang hari, so tak terasa penat sgt berpuasa. Punya lah excited dpt puasa, ummi masak apam gula hangus, sambal burger+kentang, ikan talapia bakar dengan kari ayam dan air tembikai. And ummi made abi promise to be back before maghrib untuk temankan kita buka puasa, although dia terlewat a few minutes after azan, kire ok lah tu kan… Nak tau tak, kelam kabut dia bukak pintu 1st soalan yang abi tanya.. “baby dah berbuka ke??” haih..bukan nak tanye psl ummi.. =p

The best thing about yesterday, at about 2pm ++ tetiba ummi rasa baby’s kicking from inside  my belly. Memula i thought it was a gas or flatulence, but when i concentrate more.. its your kick!! It lasted for a few moments only, but the feeling is magical!! Coz finally i can feel you inside me. Terus ummi sms abi dengan excitednye..Abi said baby kicking because baby lapar. he he. Ummi replied and said when you are bigger and stronger, abi can feel your kick too. =)

                                                           

Yesterday too, ummi browse Mothercare’s website. Geram2 ummi tengok baby’s product. Murah2 and cute2. Then ummi terpandang a stroller complete with a baby’s carrier which i think is suitable for baby. Harga pun murah and affordable within our budget. Abi pun dah bagi greenlight about this stroller. Cuma masalahnya sekarang we have to find friends yang still ada in UK untuk belikan kita stroller ni. Ummi harap sangat uncle madi baik hati untuk belikan dan bawa balik Mesia for us.

Okaylah, ummi kene sambung work lah. Ummi curi2 time to post a blog ni time keje, sebabnya sekarang abi busy with marking his student’s paper. So ummi tak nak kacau abi with his laptop.

Now, abi&ummi gonna start buying baby items for baby. Sementara masih ada mega sale, we opted to buy ‘big RM’ items like stroller, sterelizer, car seat(??), breast pump, etc. As a start, petang ni abi promise to buy us the Avent Sterelizer from Parkson. yeay!!
